This energising massage is received fully clothed, seated sitting forward, with your chin and forehead resting on a thickly padded face cushion for your comfort.

No oils or creams are used in this treatment, so you don't have to worry about your clothing, hair, or rushing to get ready for returning back to work, children, or other daily jobs that you might have planned...

The technique is based on a 1500 year old form of Japanese acupressure. In Japanese, Shiatsu means "finger pressure".  It is a Japanese acupressure massage technique consisting of finger and palm pressure, stretches and other massage techniques.

These massage techniques eases tension and increases circulation in key muscle groups working on the head, neck, shoulders, arms and back, relieving stress and tightness, leaving you relaxed, calm, refreshed and energised to carry on with the rest of your day...
