No Hands Massage is an exciting new technique which combines the strength of a strong massage, flowing with gentle movements, to stretch muscle groups, unwind, and release tension in the body.

Devised over 20 years by Gerry Pyves, No Hands is a therapuetic treatment described as "The Gentle Giant of Massage".

The technique involves no hands used, and instead uses the soft surface of the forearms, together with the controlled use of my body weight, results in a deeper, more relaxing massage, which is safe and effective for people of all ages.

No Hands massage works on every level, physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual, and can be powerful, that you can feel the effects long after the session has finished.
